Our Terms and Conditions :

• By participating in any activities or events organized by Chi – Be in Balance, whether through electronic communication or in-person attendance, you hereby acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
• Scope of Instruction: You acknowledge that the instruction offered by Chi – Be in Balance is limited to holistic well-being.
• Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting respect, inclusivity, and non-discrimination towards others within the Chi community.
• Participant Responsibility: You attest that you have no psychological, medical, or emotional conditions that would prevent your safe participation in activities organized by Chi – Be in Balance.
• Individual Experience Disclaimer: You understand that all practices provided by Chi – Be in Balance are individual experiences that require regular practice, meditation, and inner exploration.
• Admission Policy: You agree that entry to any class or event organized by Chi – Be in Balance may be refused if you arrive late or if the class/event is full and you have not paid in advance to reserve your spot.
• Confidentiality: Any personal information shared with Chi – Be in Balance, including health records and experiences during sessions, shall be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
• Cancellation Policy: Participants must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time of a class or event to cancel their participation. Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of any fees paid for the class or event, unless exceptional circumstances are presented and accepted by Chi – Be in Balance at its discretion. Requests for cancellations should be communicated via email (inquiries@chibeinbalance.com) or phone Chi – Be in Balance's designated contact point (+971509184171). Chi – Be in Balance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any fees paid will be credited towards future events.
• Communications Policy: Chi – Be in Balance will only use your email for informing you about your account, relevant classes and workshops, the center, and information about the Chi community. You may unsubscribe from such communications at any time by requesting this via email.
• Complementary Therapy Disclaimer: You understand and agree that energy healing is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace conventional medical treatment or advice. It is advised to seek medical attention for any symptoms of pain or discomfort. Chi – Be in Balance does not claim that healing therapies are a miracle cure, and they may be used alongside conventional medical treatment. Chi – Be in Balance shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of its products, tools, information, advice, or services.
• Liability Waiver: You release and discharge Chi – Be in Balance, its directors, founder, employees, and instructors from any liability, claim, demand, or action arising from injury, death, or damages resulting from your participation in any class or event organized by Chi – Be in Balance, including any loss caused by the negligence of the released parties.
• Property Disclaimer: You release and discharge Chi – Be in Balance, its directors, founder, employees, and instructors from any liability, claim, demand, or action related to the loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings on Chi – Be in Balance’s premises.
• Employment Guarantee Disclaimer: You agree that training with Chi – Be in Balance does not guarantee employment.
• Refresher Sit-In Policy: You agree that a ‘Refresher Sit-In’ for an elected course is only available after making a 100% payment for the same course to Chi – Be in Balance at an earlier date and providing any requested documents as proof.
• Discount Payment Policy: You agree that when availing a discount at Chi – Be in Balance, a 100% payment must be made in advance to avail the discounted price.
• Refund Policy: Chi – Be in Balance does not provide refunds. In the event of a no-show or absence, any funds paid will be credited towards your account and can be used for other events or training.
• Legal Contract Acknowledgment: You recognize that this agreement of release and waiver of liability constitutes a legal contract, and by carefully reading it, you acknowledge that you have complete knowledge of its contents.
• Governing Law: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Arab Emirates.
